Days and days of rain! And weeds! I bought flats of annuals and some herbs to put in and they are sitting on the deck just waiting. Maybe next week by the looks of the weather reports. Shopping around, I found two of the recommended places for plants -- Shopko for cheap flats and Kliens for perenials and vegies -- very useful. I still need to find a place for shrubs that has a good variety of interesting stuff. The plan this fall is to plant evergreens and maybe another hydrangea or so.

Gardening line up right now is (1) finish front mulching; (2) plant; (3) re-do compost; (4) work back beds. Now if the rain would stop.
